Headlamp Switch: Service and Repair

CITATION
1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Pull switch knob to full ``On'' position.
3. Remove spring clip retainer from knob shaft, then slide shaft out of switch housing.
4. On all models, disconnect accessory switch electrical connectors.
5. Remove switch ferrule nut, then push switch forward out from mounting hole.
6. Lift switch up and out through opening above switch mounting, then disconnect electrical connector.
7. Remove switch from instrument panel.
8. Reverse procedure to install.
