Rocker Arm Assembly: Service and Repair

Fig. 2 Depressing valve spring:

1. Remove camshaft covers.
2. Remove carburetor.
3. Using tool J-25477, depress valve spring and remove rocker arm, guide and lash adjuster, Fig. 2. Rocker arms, guides and lash adjusters must be installed in the same location during assembly.
