TO: ALL CHEVROLET DEALERS

This bulletin is being issued to supplement bulletin # 84-272-3B dated January 1988. The vehicles listed below are equipped with power steering and may exhibit a temporary reduction of power steering assist when the vehicle is started cold. After a short period of engine operation, full assist is restored.
