Manual Shift Linkage Adjust

1. Place transmission control lever in neutral position.

2. Loosen cable attachment nut(s) or bolt(s) at shift lever.

3. Rotate shift lever "clockwise" to park detent and then back to neutral position.

4. Torque cable attaching nuts or bolts to 11 ft lbs. Control lever must be held out of "Park" position when tightening nut.

5. Check cable adjustment by rotating transmission control lever through each detent position.
