Parking Brake System: Adjustments

EXC. CORVETTE & CAMARO W/REAR DISC BRAKES

1. Jack up both rear wheels.
2. Apply parking brake two to three notches.
3. Tighten adjusting nut until left rear wheel can just be rotated rearward but is locked when forward rotation is attempted.
4. Release parking brake and check to ensure that rear wheels rotate freely in either direction with no brake drag.
