Installation

Wheel Cylinder:






1. Install backing plate to axle assembly.
2. Install hub and bearing assembly with bolts.
^ Tighten bolts to 63 Nm (47 lbs. ft.).
3. Install hydraulic line at wheel cylinder.
^ Torque inlet tube nut to 17 Nm (12 lbs. ft.).
4. Install parking brake cable to backing plate.
5. Install brake components. Refer to Brake Shoe/Service and Repair/Installation.Installation
6. Install wheel and tire assembly.
7. Bleed brakes.
8. Adjust rear brakes. Refer to Brake Shoe/Adjustment.Adjustments
9. . Adjust parking brake. Refer to Parking Brake/Adjustments. Adjustments
