Control Arms, Replace

1. Raise and support vehicle, and remove wheel and tire assembly.
2. Remove shock absorber. Use a back-up wrench on lower mounting stud when removing retaining nut.
3. Remove bolts securing control arm to spindle support knuckle.
4. Remove control arm bolt at mounting bracket and control arm.
5. Reverse procedure to install. Torque control arm to bracket bolt to 55---70 ft. lbs., and control arm to knuckle bolt to 125---154 ft. lbs.
