High-Side-High Pressure Cut Off Switch

R-4 Compressor Component View:






Remove or Disconnect

Tools Required:
J 5403 Snap Ring Pliers
J 9553 O-Ring Remover

1. Protective cap (28).
2. Retainer ring (27) with J 5403.
3. Valve (26).
4. Seal (25) with J 9553-01.

Clean
^ Remove any dirt from the valve cavity.

Install or Connect

1. New seal (O-ring) (25) to the cavity.
^ Dip the new seal in clean 525 viscosity refrigerant oil.
2. Pressure relief valve (26).
3. Retainer ring (27) with J 5403-A.
4. Cap (28).
