Heater Core: Service and Repair
NOVA
1.
Disconnect battery ground cable, then drain
cooling system.
2.
Disconnect
heater hose at engine compartment.
3.
Remove six clips attaching lower part of heater unit case.
4.
Remove lower part of case, then using a suitable tool, pry open lower part of case.
5.
Remove
heater core assembly from heater case.
6.
Reverse procedure to install.
