REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Discharge and recover refrigerant from the system.
2. Coolant from the radiator.
3. Coolant recovery reservoir.
4. Windshield washer fluid container.
5. Electrical connections.
6. Heater core inlet and outlet pipes.
7. Refrigerant hose from accumulator.
8. Evaporator from accumulator.
9. Multi-use bracket.
10. Evaporator inlet tube from evaporator.
11. Case flange screws and nuts.
12. Evaporator and blower motor case.
^ Separate case halves.
13. Filter.
14. Evaporator core.

INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Evaporator core into case.
2. Filter.
3. Case halves.
4. Case flange screws and nuts.
5. Evaporator inlet tube to evaporator.
^ Tighten evaporator inlet tube to 24 N.m (18 ft. lbs.).
6. Heater core inlet and outlet pipes.
7. Evaporator to accumulator.
8. Refrigerant hose to accumulator.
^ Tighten evaporator connection to 41 N.m (30 ft. lbs.).
^ Tighten refrigerant hose connection to 44 N.m (32 ft. lbs.).
9. Multi-use bracket.
10. Electrical connections.
11. Windshield washer fluid container.
12. Coolant recovery reservoir.
13. Coolant to the radiator.
14. Refrigerant to the system.
^ Check the system for leaks.
