Windshield Washer Pump: Testing and Inspection

Washer Pump On Vehicle Check:

PROCEDURE
Check for washer pump operation before removing from vehicle. Remove connector and apply B(+) to # 2 wiring harness terminal.

1. If motor does not run or pump water, replace washer pump.

2. If motor runs and pumps water, problem is in circuit board, motor park switch or wiper switch, refer to Wiper Switch / Testing and Inspection. Testing and Inspection
