HEATER CORE REPLACEMENT






REMOVE OR DISCONNECT

1. Coolant from the radiator.
2. Heater case lower cover plate (18).
^ Remove the seven screws that hold the lower cover plate.
3. Heater core hoses.

NOTICE: The heater core can be damaged it too much force is applied to the heater core pipes during hose removal.

4. Heater core from the heater case.
^ Remove the screws and bracket that hold the core to the case.






INSTALL OR CONNECT

1. Heater core.
^ Install the three screws and bracket.
2. Heater case lower cover plate (18).
^ Install the seven screws.
3. Heater core hoses.
4. Coolant to the radiator.
^ Operate the engine and pressure test for leaks.
