AUXILLARY HEATER CORE REPLACEMENT






REMOVE OR DISCONNECT

1. Drain coolant.
2. Rear quarter interior trim, as necessary.
3. Right rear quarter trim panel.
4. Right rear wheelhouse.
5. Auxiliary heater hoses from heater core (29).
6. Auxiliary air conditioning hoses, if equipped.
7. Electrical connectors, as necessary.
8. Heater case cover.
9. Heater core (29) from lower case.






INSTALL OR CONNECT

1. Heater core (29) to lower case.
2. Heater case cover.
3. Electrical connectors, as necessary.
4. Auxiliary air conditioning hoses, if equipped.
5. Auxiliary heater hoses to heater core (29).
6. Right rear wheelhouse.
7. Right rear quarter trim panel.
8. Rear quarter interior trim, as necessary.
9. Fill coolant to proper level.
- Check the system for leaks.
