Camshaft Position Sensor: Service and Repair

Camshaft Sensor:

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
- Negative battery.
- Serpentine drive belt and secondary air injection drive belt.
- Power steering pump.
- Electrical connector.
- Bolt (1). Refer to Figure.
- Camshaft sensor.

INSTALL OR CONNECT
- Camshaft sensor.
- Bolt (1) torque to 10 Nm (8 ft lb).
- Electrical connector.
- Power steering pump.
- Serpentine drive belt and secondary air injection drive be!t.
- Negative battery cable.
