Oil Pressure Sensor: Service and Repair

Fuel Pump And Oil Pressure Indicator Switch:







NOTE: The oil pressure sensor/switch is mounted on the side of the engine at the oil filter boss. (below oil cooler on vehicles with oil cooler). Coat sensor threads with sealer to prevent leaks.


REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
- Oil pressure sensor/ switch electrical connector.
- Oil pressure sensor/switch.

INSTALL OR CONNECT
- Oil pressure sensor/switch.
- Oil pressure sensor/ switch electrical connector.
