Camshaft Position Sensor: Service and Repair

Crankshaft And Camshaft Position Sensor Assemblies:





Remove or Disconnect:
. Disconnect negative battery cable
. Remove throttle cable shield and bracket from throttle body
. Disconnect electrical connector
. Remove retaining bolt
. Remove sensor


Install or Connect:
. Install camshaft position sensor
. Install and tighten retaining bolt
Torque Value: 10 N-m (8 lb.ft.)
. Connect harness connector
. Connect throttle cable bracket and shield
. Connect negative battery cable
