Clutch Switch: Description and Operation

On models equipped with manual transmission, a plunger type
clutch switch,
Fig. 3, is used in series with the two brake switches. The switch disengages the cruise control system when the clutch pedal is depressed. When the clutch pedal is released, the system will remain disengaged.
