In the sequence shown (refer to figure 6):

^ Torque all bolts to 22 ft. lbs.
^ Tighten all short bolts an additional [1] 67°
^ Tighten all medium & long bolts an additional [2] 80°

[1] Short bolts include:
Nos. 3, 4, 7, 8, 11, 12, 15, 16.

[2] Medium & Long bolts include:
Nos. 1, 2, 5, 6, 9, 10, 13, 14, 17.
