Reuse cylinder head if flatness is less than 0.05 mm (0.OO2in.) in 152 mm (6.O in.) or 0.1 mm (0.OO4in.) overall.
Resurface cylinder head before reusing Between 0.05 mm (0.OO2in.) in 152 mm (6.O in.) and 0.025 mm (0.O1Oin.) or 0.1 mm (0.OO4in.) overall and 0.025 mm (0.O1Oin.)
Replace cylinder head if warpage is over 0.025 mm (0.O1Oin.)
