To: All Chevrolet/Geo Dealers

General Motors has decided that certain 1996 S/T Pickups and Utilities built before October 2, 1995, at the Linden Assembly Plant, the ordered optional block heater (K05/8U4) was not installed. However, the price of the option was still included in the dealer involves.

To correct this condition, dealers will install the omitted engine block heater components.
