Auxiliary Heater Inlet And Outlet Front Pipe Assembly:

Auxiliary Heater Inlet And Outlet Rear Pipe Assembly:

Remove or Disconnect

1. Negative battery cable.
2. Engine coolant.
3. Body side front lower trim panel.
4. Clamps from the auxiliary heater pipes.
5. Auxiliary heater pipes from the heater core inlet and outlet tubes.
6. Two screws and band clamp on right side of the core.
7. One screw and clamp from the left side of the core.
8. Heater core from the case.
9. Seals from the heater core.

Install or Connect

1. Seals to the heater core.
2. Heater core into the case.
3. One screw and band clamp to the left side of the core.
4. Two screws and band clamp to the right side of the core.
5. Auxiliary heater pipes from the heater core inlet and outlet tubes.
6. Clamps to the auxiliary heater pipes.
7. Body side front lower trim panel.
8. Engine coolant.
9. Negative battery cable.
