Programming Procedure

Data Link Connector (DLC):

1. Ground pin 8 of the Data Link Connector (DLC).
2. The receiver will respond by locking/unlocking all of the doors.
3. Press any button on the first transmitter to be programmed.
4. The receiver will respond by locking/unlocking all of the doors.
5. Press any button on the second transmitter to be programmed (if used).
6. The receiver will respond by locking/unlocking all of the doors.
7. Remove the ground applied to pin 8 of the DLC.
8. The transmitter operation is verified by locking and unlocking the doors.
^ Do not wait more than 1 minute between programming the transmitters or the receiver will exit the programming mode. Further programming will require holding the lock/unlock buttons for 15 seconds instead of 2 seconds.
