Tool Required:
J 38185 Hose Clamp Pliers

Remove or Disconnect

1. Drain cooling system.
2. Left-hand side rear quarter trim panel.
3. Line bracket at base.
4. Bracket bolt securing lines to heater core.
5. Release tabs.
6. Heater core.

Install or Connect

1. Heater core.
2. Make sure tabs are secure.
3. Bracket bolt securing lines to heater core.

Tighten
^ Bolt to 10 Nm (89 lb in).

4. Line bracket at base.
5. Left-hand side rear quarter trim panel.
6. Refill coolant.
