Ignition Coil: Service and Repair

Removal Procedure
1. Remove the spark plug wires.

2. Remove the 2 screws securing coil to ignition control module.

3. Remove the coil assembly.

Installation Procedure
1. Install the coil assembly.

2. Install the 2 screws. Tighten the screws to 4-5 Nm (40 lb. in.).

3. Install the spark plug wires.
