Interior Lighting Module: Service and Repair

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




Vehicles with the optional remote keyless entry (RKE) system have the interior lamp module incorporated into the RKE receiver.

Refer to Receiver Replacement in Remote keyless Entry. Service and Repair

Vehicles that are not equipped with RKE have a separate module located next to the data link connector (DLC).

1. Remove the electrical connector from the module.
2. Release the locking tab on the back side of the DLC bracket in order to remove the module.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

DRL Relay:




1. Align the locking tab with the hole in the DLC bracket.
2. Press the module into place.
3. Connect the electrical connector to the module.
