NOTE: C350OHD models in applications requiring extreme overload/trailer tow conditions at high speeds (above 45 MPH) for extended periods of time should have lubricant changed every 3,000 miles or 3 months, whichever comes first. If synthetic lubricant (GM P/N 12346140 or equivalent) is used, the change interval may be extended to 30,000 miles.
