Oil Pressure Sensor: Service and Repair

Oil Pressure / Fuel Pump Switch:

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Turn the ignition OFF.
2. Remove the electrical connector.
3. Remove the engine oil pressure sensor (1).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Coat the threads with the sealer PIN 9985253 or the equivalent.
2. Install the engine oil pressure indicator sensor (1). Tighten the engine oil pressure indicator switch to 12.5 Nm (9 lb ft).
3. Install the electrical connector.
