Purge Flow Sensor: Service and Repair




Description:






REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the left fuel rail cover.
2. Disconnect the EVAP Purge Vacuum switch electrical connector.
3. Remove the vacuum line from the EVAP vacuum switch to the EVAP vacuum pipe.
4. Remove the vacuum line from the EVAP purge solenoid.
5. Remove the EVAP vacuum switch from the bracket.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the new EVAP vacuum switch to the bracket.
2. Install the vacuum line to the EVAP purge solenoid.
3. Install the vacuum line from the EVAP vacuum switch to the EVAP vacuum pipe.
4. Connect the EVAP vacuum switch electrical connector.
5. Install the left fuel rail cover.
