Primary Heating System

Tool Required:
J 39529 Heater Hose Pliers

Remove or Disconnect

1. Drain engine coolant.
2. The hose clamps from the outlet pipe and inlet pipe using J 39529.
3. The heater inlet pipe and outlet pipe from the bypass valve(s).
4. The bypass valve from the vehicle.

Install or Connect

1. The bypass valve to the vehicle.
2. The heater inlet pipe and outlet pipe to the bypass valve(s).
3. The hose clamps using J 39529.
4. Fill engine coolant.
^ Verify the system for leaks.
