Refrigerant Oil Distribution

Compressor systems require 240 ml (8 fluid ounces) of polyalkylene glycol (PAG) synthetic refrigerant oil GM P/N 12345923 or equivalent). During component replacement and conditions stated, new oil quantities should be added to the system as follows:

System
Front Only 240 ml (8 fl. oz.)
Front and Rear 330 ml (11 fl. oz.)

Compressor
If less than 30 ml (1 fl. oz.) is drained add 60 ml (2 fl. oz.)
If more than 30 ml (1 fl. oz.) is drained add same amount.

Receiver and dehydrator
Add 30 ml (1 fl. oz.) more than what was drained

Evaporator
Add 90 ml (3 fl. oz.)

Condenser
Add 30 ml (1 fl. oz.)
