REMOVAL PROCEDURE


1. Remove the windshield pillar garnish moldings.
2. Grasp the instrument panel upper trim panel through the defroster vents. Pull rearward in order to disengage the retainers.
3. Remove the instrument panel upper trim panel from the vehicle.
4. Inspect the instrument panel upper trim panel for broken or missing retainers. Replace the retainers as needed.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE


1. Position the instrument panel upper trim plate to the vehicle.
2. Align the retainers on the instrument panel upper trim panel with the slots in the instrument panel upper trim pad. Press the trim panel into place.
3. Install the windshield pillar garnish moldings.
