EGR Bypass Valve Replacement




Removal Procedure
1. Disconnect the exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) bypass valve electrical connector (1).
2. Disconnect the three vacuum hoses from the EGR bypass valve.
3. Remove the one screw (4) and the EGR bypass valve (2) from the bracket (3).

Installation Procedure
1. Install the EGR bypass valve to the bracket and secure with one screw.
2. Connect the three vacuum hoses to the EGR bypass valve.
3. Connect the EGR solenoid vacuum valve electrical connector.
