Window Handle: Service and Repair

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

1. If equipped with the 6N5 option use a flat-bladed tool to remove the plastic acorn cover.

2. Remove the handle clip.
3. Remove the handle (1) from the regulator.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

1. If equipped with the 6N5 option, make sure window is fully closed and press the cover onto the regulator shaft.

2. Install the handle clip to the handle. Ensure the open end is down.
3. Firmly seat the handle (1) onto the regulator shaft.
