HVAC SYSTEM - AUTOMATIC

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Disconnect the A/C compressor refrigerant pressure switch connection.
2. Remove the A/C compressor refrigerant pressure switch.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

IMPORTANT: Counterhold the compressor/condenser hose using a wrench.

1. Install the A/C compressor refrigerant pressure switch:
^ Use new O-rings.
^ Lubricate the new O-rings using mineral oil, 525 viscosity.

Tighten
Tighten the sensor to 7 N.m (62 lb in).

2. Connect the A/C compressor refrigerant pressure switch connector.
