Air Inlet Valve Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the HVAC module from the vehicle.
2. Remove the air inlet actuator from the module.
3. Remove the two screws holding the air inlet valve housing to the module.
4. Remove the air inlet valve and housing from the module.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the air inlet valve and housing to the module.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the air inlet valve housing screws.

Tighten
Tighten the housing screws to 1 N.m (9 lb in).

3. Install the air inlet actuator to the module.
4. Install the HVAC Module to the vehicle.
