Air Distributor Duct Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the Instrument Panel (IP) trim pad.
2. Remove the air distribution duct screws.
3. Move the duct to the left in order to disconnect from the right side duct.
4. Remove the air distribution duct.
5. Remove the right side air distribution duct:
5.1. Move the outlet of the duct towards you in order to release the lock tabs.
5.2. Remove the duct through the braces.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Position the air distribution duct through the dash braces.
2. Move the duct until the lock tabs lock in position.
3. Install the air distribution duct and connect to the right side duct.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

4. Install the air distribution duct screws.

Tighten
Tighten the duct screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

5. Install the IP trim pad.
