Ignition Switch - Disassemble

Disassembly Procedure

- Tools Required
- J 41352 Modular Column Holding Fixture

1. Check the steering column for accident damage. Refer to Steering Column Accident Damage Inspection - Off Vehicle
2. Install the steering column and J 41352 into a vise.
3. Remove any necessary wire harness straps from the wire harness assembly.

4. Remove the 2 tapping screws (2).
5. Remove the ignition switch assembly (1).
