Blower Motor Insulator Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the coolant recovery, or surge tank, from the vehicle.
2. Remove the battery from the vehicle.
3. Remove the retainers from the evaporator inlet line, if equipped with A/C.
4. Remove the retainers from the blower motor insulator cover.
5. Remove the cover from the blower motor case.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the cover to the blower motor case.
2. Install the retainers to the blower motor insulator cover.
3. Install the retainers to the evaporator inlet line, if equipped with A/C.
4. Install the battery to vehicle.
5. Install the coolant recovery, or the surge tank, to the vehicle.
