Jack and Tool Stowage Container Bracket Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the jack and tool container. Refer to Jack and Tool Stowage Container Replacement (Jack and Tool Stowage Container Replacement) .




2. Remove the nuts (5) that retain the lower portion of the bracket to the vehicle.
3. Remove the bolts (2) that retain the upper portion of the bracket to the vehicle.
4. Remove the bracket (3) from the vehicle.



Installation Procedure





1. Install the jack stowage bracket (3) to the vehicle.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the jack stowage bracket retaining bolts (2) to the vehicle.

Tighten the bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

3. Install the jack stowage bracket retaining nuts (5) to the vehicle.

Tighten the nuts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

4. Install the jack and tool container. Refer to Jack and Tool Stowage Container Replacement (Jack and Tool Stowage Container Replacement) .
