Blower Motor Resistor Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
The blower motor relay is an integral part of the blower motor resistor and cannot be serviced separately from the resistor.




1. Remove the electrical connectors from the resistor (2) and the blower motor.
2. Remove the retaining screws (1) from the blower motor case.
3. Remove the resistor from the blower motor case (3).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the resistor to the blower motor case (3).
2. Install the retaining screws (1) to the blower motor case.
3. Install the electrical connectors to the resistor (2) and the blower motor.
4. Verify the circuit operation.
