Oil Pressure Sensor: Service and Repair

Removal Procedure





1. Raise and suitably support the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.
2. Disconnect the electrical connector from the engine oil pressure sensor.
3. Remove the engine oil pressure sensor.

Installation Procedure

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.





1. Install the engine oil pressure sensor.
Tighten the oil pressure sensor to 16 Nm (12 ft. lbs.).
2. Connect the electrical connector to the engine oil pressure sensor.
3. Lower the vehicle.
