A/C Temperature Sensor Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

1. Remove the evaporator case from the vehicle.
2. Release the 2 lower lock tabs from the air conditioning (A/C) compressor control module.
3. Slide the A/C compressor control module upward in order to disengage the A/C compressor control module from the evaporator case.
4. Disengage the retaining clips in order to separate the evaporator case halves.
5. Remove the evaporator core from the evaporator case.
6. Remove the refrigerant temperature sensor from the evaporator core.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

1. Install the refrigerant temperature sensor to the evaporator core.
2. Install the evaporator core to the evaporator case.
3. Secure the upper half and the lower half with the retaining clips.
4. Install the A/C compressor control module to the evaporator case.
5. Install the evaporator case to the vehicle.
