REMOVAL PROCEDURE

CAUTION: Refer to SIR Handling Caution in Service Precations.

1. Disable the SIR system.
2. Remove the knee bolster.
3. Disconnect the dimmer control electrical connector.
4. Use a pick in order to push up the clip. Remove the clip on the bottom of the IP lamp dimmer control.
5. Remove the dimmer control (9) from the left garnish trim panel (10).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Connect the dimmer control electrical connector.
2. Install the IP lamp dimmer control (9) to the left garnish trim panel (10). Push in the dimmer control until the clip completely engages.
3. Install the knee bolster.
4. Enable the SIR system.
