Quarter Window Reveal Molding Replacement

Removal Procedure

Important:
* Do not attempt to replace the quarter window reveal molding without removing the quarter window.

* When replacing the quarter window, do not reuse the original quarter window reveal molding. Replace the original quarter window reveal molding with a new quarter window reveal molding.

* New quarter window reveal moldings are primed and will adhere to the urethane adhesive.








1. Remove the quarter window. Refer to Quarter Window Replacement (Quarter Window Replacement (Non Encapsulated)) .
2. Remove the quarter window reveal molding (3) from the quarter window (2).



Installation Procedure





1. Install the quarter window reveal molding (3) to the quarter window (2) by starting at the center and pressing the reveal molding into position.
2. Prefit the quarter window reveal molding (3) and the quarter window (2) as an assembly to the body prior to the actual installation.
3. Install the quarter window. Refer to Quarter Window Replacement (Quarter Window Replacement (Non Encapsulated)) .
