Transmission Mode Switch: Service and Repair

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the 2 screws and 2 plastic retaining clips from the console.
2. While removing the console, disconnect the electrical power/neutral (P/N) switch connector.
3. Remove the power/normal (P/N) switch (2) from the console (1).


Installation Procedure





1. Install the power/neutral (P/N) switch (2) into the console (1).
2. While installing the console connect the power/normal (P/N) switch electrical connector.
3. Install the console.
4. Install the 4 console screws and the 2 console plastic retaining clips.
