Removal Procedure





1. Remove the rear axle shaft. Refer to Axle Shaft Replacement in Rear Drive Axle.
2. Grind a flat spot on the reluctor wheel (1).





3. Use a hammer and chisel in order to remove the ABS reluctor wheel (1).


Installation Procedure





1. Install the rear ABS reluctor wheel (2) onto the rear axle shaft. Refer to Axle Shaft Replacement in Rear Drive Axle.
2. Install the axle shaft. Refer to Axle Shaft Replacement in Rear Drive Axle.
3. Perform A Diagnostic System Check - ABS. Diagnostic System Check
