A customer may come to your dealership to inquire about a replacement key for their locking roof rack cross rails, supplied as original equipment. Mont Blanc, the supplier of the cross rails, has agreed to supply a limited number of replacement keys at no charge if a request is e-mailed to them at:

To get the correct replacement key, be sure to include the two digit lock code found on the face of the lock cylinder along with the address where to mail the replacement key.
