HVAC CONTROL PROCESSOR REPLACEMENT - AUXILIARY


REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the assist handles, if equipped.
2. Remove the windshield pillar moldings. Refer to Garnish Molding Replacement - Windshield Pillar in Interior Trim.
3. Remove the sunshades.
4. Remove the overhead console, if equipped.
5. Remove the center pillar garnish moldings.
6. Lower the front of the headliner down to access the auxiliary HVAC control processor.
7. Disconnect the electrical connector from the auxiliary HVAC control processor.
8. Remove the HVAC control processor from the headliner.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the HVAC control processor to the headliner.
2. Connect the electrical connector to the auxiliary HVAC control processor.
3. Raise the front of the headliner back into place.
4. Install garnish moldings.
5. Install the overhead console, if equipped.
6. Install the sunshades.
7. Install the windshield pillar moldings. Refer to Garnish Molding Replacement - Windshield Pillar in Interior Trim.
8. Install the assist handles, if equipped.
9. Calibrate the HVAC module actuators. Refer to Re-Calibrating Actuator Recalibration - HVAC
