Radiator Hose Replacement - Inlet

Removal Procedure





1. Drain the cooling system.
2. Disconnect the Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor electrical connector.





3. Loosen the air duct clamp.
4. Remove the intake air duct resonator.





5. Reposition the inlet hose damp at the water outlet.
6. Remove the inlet hose from the water outlet.
7. Reposition the inlet hose damp at the radiator.





8. Remove the inlet hose (1) from the radiator.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the inlet hose (1) to the radiator.
2. Position the inlet hose clamp at the radiator.





3. Install the inlet hose to the water outlet.
4. Position the inlet hose clamp at the water outlet.





5. Install the intake air duct resonator.
6. Tighten the air duct clamp.





7. Connect the IAT sensor electrical connector.
8. Fill the cooling system.
