Radiator Hose Replacement - Outlet

Removal Procedure

1. Drain the cooling system.





2. Disconnect the Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor electrical connector.





3. Loosen the air duct clamp.
4. Remove the intake air duct resonator.





5. Reposition the outlet hose clamp at the water pump.
6. Remove the outlet hose from the water pump.
7. Raise and suitably support the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.
8. Reposition the outlet hose clamp at the radiator.





9. Remove the outlet hose (2) from the radiator.
10. Remove the outlet hose support from the fan shroud.

Installation Procedure

1. Install the outlet hose support to the fan shroud.





2. Install the outlet hose (2) to the radiator.
3. Position the outlet hose at the radiator.
4. Lower the vehicle.





5. Install the outlet hose to the water pump.
6. Position the outlet hose at the water pump.





7. Install the intake air duct resonator.
8. Tighten the air duct clamp.





9. Connect the IAT sensor electrical connector.
10. Fill the cooling system.
